1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 77ef platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account if one has already been opened.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including, but not limited to, the sports betting section, casino, live casino, slots, bingo rooms, and the 77ef mobile app available for Android and iOS. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 77ef you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You are not registering for the purpose of operating a business or commercial activity through the platform.
• You are using the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.

77ef reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. 3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 77ef platform. Creating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 77ef will close all but the original account and may withhold any balances held in duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Keep your registration information up to date. If your contact number, email address, or payment method changes, update your account promptly.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share them with anyone else.
• Notify 77ef support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Failing to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being temporarily restricted.

4 Deposits and Payments

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name. 77ef does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are completed.

Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed on the same day the request is submitted, with most transfers arriving within one to two hours during business hours. Bank transfers and Raast payments are generally completed within one to two business days. 77ef does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

77ef reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing a withdrawal if there are any security concerns related to the account or transaction in question.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

77ef periodically offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. General bonus rules that apply across all 77ef promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account registration and verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.

7 Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required play time, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available in the betting help section.
• For cricket, including PSL, T20 internationals, and ICC tournaments, a minimum number of overs must be completed for match result bets to stand. This threshold varies by format and is shown at the time of placing the bet.

• 77ef reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

Any attempt to engage in match fixing, insider betting, or any form of fraudulent wagering will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances without exception.

8 Casino and Slot Games

The 77ef casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and table games. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following rules apply:

• Game outcomes are final. Once a game round has completed and the result has been settled, the outcome cannot be reversed except in the case of a proven technical fault.
• If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection or technical issue on your end, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by our servers.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are approximate and updated in real time. The actual jackpot amount at the time of a win is the binding figure.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

77ef may suspend or permanently close a player account at its discretion under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

77ef reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
